Customer Terms.
These pilot terms apply when you browse providers, submit a request, or manage an appointment through Match & Muscle. By checking the agreement box and submitting a request, you agree to this version.
What Match & Muscle does
Match & Muscle provides local provider discovery, matching, scheduling communications, and appointment-status tools. It is not a massage provider, medical provider, employer, insurer, or emergency service. Providers are responsible for their own services, premises, policies, credentials, and professional judgment.
Requests, appointments, prices, and payment
- A request is not an appointment. A provider must accept or propose a time, and you must confirm it.
- Availability, provider participation, and successful matching are not guaranteed.
- Prices are provider-supplied estimates. Confirm the final price, services, location, and any provider policy before the appointment.
- Match & Muscle does not collect payment during this pilot.
- The pilot has no Match & Muscle cancellation or no-show fee. A provider may apply only a policy disclosed before you confirm.
Who may use the pilot
You must be at least 18, provide accurate contact and request information, and use the service only for lawful, noncommercial personal booking purposes.
Respect and safety
Sexual requests, harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, scraping, interference with the service, and illegal conduct are prohibited. A legitimate massage appointment is professional and nonsexual. Match & Muscle may restrict access, cancel a request, preserve records, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
Credentials and health
“Official source checked” means a credential was checked against an authoritative source on the displayed date. It does not guarantee current status, quality, safety, fit, or outcomes. Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Do not use Match & Muscle for emergencies; call 911 when appropriate.
Disclaimers and limits
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Match & Muscle does not promise uninterrupted operation, a successful match, provider performance, or therapeutic results. The final legal entity, governing law, dispute process, warranty language, liability allocation, and legally required contact information remain subject to attorney review and will be completed before public launch.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. The Cancellation & Safety Policy is incorporated into these terms. If these terms materially change, a future booking may require acceptance of the new version.
Operator and support
The intended operator is Match and Muscle, LLC. Business registration details and the legally required notice address remain to be confirmed before public launch. Pilot support: matchandmuscle.dmv@proton.me.
Agreed price and policy
Before confirming an appointment, review the total service price, included mobile travel fee, and therapist-specific cancellation, no-show, and refund terms. Your acceptance is recorded with the quoted amount, policy text, version, and time. During the pilot, the Match & Muscle platform fee is $0 and payment remains between you and the provider. A booking confirmation is not a payment receipt. A provider must obtain your agreement before changing the confirmed service price or applying a previously undisclosed charge.
Credential and insurance checks
An official-source credential check is limited to the stated jurisdiction and recorded date. It is not a criminal background check, a guarantee of safety, or a guarantee of outcomes. Insurance evidence review records the documentation supplied; it does not guarantee that an insurer will cover a particular claim.
Problems and disputes
Report a non-emergency booking, price, safety, or service concern through the appointment page or support contact. We will preserve relevant platform records and review our role in the issue. This pilot draft does not impose mandatory arbitration, waive access to regulators or courts, or waive nonwaivable consumer rights. Final governing-law, liability, and dispute provisions remain open for legal review.
