Access should be part of the product.
Our commitment
Match & Muscle aims to provide an experience usable by people with disabilities and is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a product target. This statement is a commitment and roadmap, not a certification of full conformance.
Current design features
- Keyboard-operable forms and visible focus indicators.
- Semantic headings, labels, fieldsets, status regions, and skip links.
- Responsive layouts, readable text, and reduced-motion support where animation is used.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
- Plain-language booking stages and explicit confirmation states.
Known pilot limitations
A formal independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed. Third-party sign-in, email, linked provider websites, calendar services, and user-supplied content may have accessibility behavior outside Match & Muscle’s control. New features can also introduce regressions.
Get help or report a barrier
Use the request form and choose “Accessibility help or feedback.” Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include medical records.
We will acknowledge and review pilot requests, prioritize blocking barriers, and offer a reasonable alternative when possible. Pilot help is also available at matchandmuscle.dmv@proton.me. We target an initial review within three business days; this is an operational target, not emergency monitoring.
